Unlike many companies, we let our customers know when our technician will be onsite.  It’s not “morning” or “afternoon,” but an actual time of day. We also hold ourselves to an extremely high standard — usually onsite within one hour of a major problem and 8 business hours for minor troubles. We stock hardware so that we can assist our clients with an immediate repair should lightning strike or electronics fail.

In addition to onsite service calls, our team of certified technicians can assist our clients with instruction over the phone, remote administration and troubleshooting.

While on a call press the left soft key “Conf”, and dial the second party. When they answer press the left soft key “Add”, and then press again “Begin”.

Q: Why does my phone not roll over to voicemail any more?

Most likely an error has been made in setting or canceling call forwarding. To correct you must know the extension for your voicemail (usually 300). Then follow these steps: Spkr / 744 / 1 / 300 / Spkr (note: you may need to cancel any existing call forwarding before this will work)

Q: How do I check my voicemails from off-site?

Call your main number and, if answered by Auto Attendant, press #+extension for InMail Voicemail or 9+extension for UM8000. You will then be prompted for your code. If calls are answered live, you will have to be transferred to your voicemail box and once you hear your greeting press # + extension for InMail Voicemail or 9 + extension for UM8000. You will then be prompted for your code.

Q: How do I set the language back to English on LCD display?

Speaker / 720, dial 1 for internal call ring or 2 for external call ring, choose the ring option: you prefer from 1 to 8.  Press Speaker to save.
